As a specialized company in aircraft leasing services, ARIS provides a flexible and cost-effective way for lessees to access the aircraft they need for their operations. ARIS, as the lessor, retains ownership of the aircraft and is responsible for its maintenance, insurance, and any necessary repairs.

Wet Lease: Lease of an aircraft including crew, maintenance, and insurance

Dry Lease: Lease of an aircraft without crew, maintenance, and insurance

Short-term Lease: Lease of an aircraft for a period of time less than one year

Long-term Lease: Lease of an aircraft for a period of time greater than one year

Operating Lease: Lease of an aircraft for a period of time where the lessee has the option to purchase the aircraft at the end of the lease

Finance Lease: Lease of an aircraft where the lessee assumes all the risks and rewards of ownership

Sale and Leaseback: A transaction in which the owner of an aircraft sells the aircraft to ARIS and simultaneously leases it back for an agreed-upon period of time.
